حماية المستهلك من جرائم الغش في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

بالنظر إلى إرتقاء الإصلاحات الإقتصادية في بلادنا والمتميزة بفتح السوق وتحرير الأنشطة الإقتصادية وتكريس المنافسة الحرة، مما أدى إلى إغراق السوق الوطنية بكثير من المنتجات المغشوشة والتي تهدد أمن وسلامة المستهلك الجزائري، ومما جعل المشرع الجزائري يعمل على إصدار ثرسنة قانونية وتنظيمية لحماية المستهلك، إلا أن مهمة قمع مكافحة الغش تعود للمستهلك بالدرجة الأولى بعدم إقتناء السلع ومنتجات غير معروفة في المصدر إضافة إلى التبليغ عن كل جريمة تمس بصحته وسلامته.

Given the rise of economic reforms in our country, which are distinguished by opening the market, liberalizing economic activities and devoting free competition, which led to the flooding of the national market with many fraudulent products that threaten the security and safety of the Algerian consumer. The suppression of anti-fraud is primarily up to the consumer by not acquiring goods and products unknown at the source, in addition to reporting every crime that affects his health and safety.
