Abstract: إن وسائل الاعلام تعتبر بمثابة الوسيط في الاتصال السياسي، فهي تساهم في صياغة وتشكيل القضايا السياسية في الديمقراطية المجتمعات التي تمنح لوسائل الاعلام حرية التعبير عن القضايا التي تشغل جماهيري المجتمع، كما تعتبر مرآة المتجمع العاكسة لأهم القضايا التي تثير الساسة وصناع القرار ولقد تطور دور الاعلام بتطور وسائل الاعلام من التقليدية (الصحف والتلفاز والراديو...) الى الحديثة الرقمية والشبكية والتفاعلية فايسبوك وتويتر..الخ) وأصبح تأثيرها اكثر فاعلية خاصة لدى الجمهور الذي يسهل التأثير عليه واغلب تلك الجماهير ليست لها ولاءات سياسية وغير مهتمة ولاءات السياسية وغير مهتمة بمواضيع السياسة ولعل الجزائر من بين الدول التي كان لوسائل الاعلام دور كبير في التأثير على مجال التنشئة السياسية داخلها خاصة الحديثة منها من خلال حسن توظيفها من قبل مستخدميها ، وتباين دور وسائل الاعلام التقليدية والحديثة وكان للوسائل الحديثة الأثر الكبير في النهوض بالتنشئة السياسية في الجزائر من خلال القنوات التليفزيونية الجديدة وغيرها من الوسائل ، لقد أصبح الواقع الإعلامي الذي تصنعه وسائل الاعلام بتغير في اتجاه التوسع الجماهيري من جهة ومن جهة أخرى في اتجاه الفاعل الإعلامي التقليدي (الصحف والراديو ، التليفزيون ) والالتصاق اكثر بالفاعل الالكتروني المعبرة عن الرأي العام للمواطن من خلال المدونات ، منتديات النقاش ، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ....الخ) مفعلا بذلك الاتصال السياسي من خلال اطلاع فئة كبيرة من الشعب على واقعها السياسي باختلاف مسؤوليتها
Media is considered a mediator in political communication, as it contributes to formulating and shaping political truth in democratic societies that grant media the freedom to express issues that concern the masses of society and it is ... Considered as a community mirror that reflects the most important issues that raise politicians and decision-makers. The role media has involved with the development Media from the traditional (newspapers, TV and radio) to modern digital, (network and interactive media, Facebook - Twitter) and its influence has become more effective, especially among the general public. Who is easy to influence and most of those audiences have no political loyalties and are not interested in poling issues. in political communication and contributes to shaping and shaping the political truth in democratic societies that give the media the freedom to express the issues that concern the masses of society, and the media is considered the mirror of society, reflecting the Most important issues That raise politicians and decision-makers. Media from the traditional represented in newspapers, television and radio to the modern, represented by digital, network and interactive media, Facebook Twitter, etc. Its influence became more effective, especially the general public. The media has a great role in influencing its results, especially the modern ones, through employing them by the candidates, and the different role of the traditional and modern media, and the modern means had a great impact represented in social media, and the television debates, especially the second-round debate, had a decisive role in winning. The candidate, Qais Saied, took advantage of his legal experience and eloquence to heart Taw Putting his material potential for his electoral campaign to be devoted, so excerpts of this debate were circulated on social media, which won him sympathy in Tunisia and even outside it. (Newspapers, radio, television) is more attached to the online actor directly expressing the public opinion of a Citizen, through blogs, discussion forums, social media, etc., activating That for political communication by informing a large group of people about their political reality at different levels
