قانون الأهالي وتأثيره على الشعب الجزائري 1870م

Abstract

انتهجت الإدارة الفرنسية منذ بداية الاحتلال الفرنسي سياستها الاستعمارية للقضاء على الكيان الجزائري وطمس شخصيته الوطنية منتهجة جملة من القوانيين الردعية قامت بسنها على الشعب الجزائري ومن بينها قانون الأهالي أو مايعرف بقانون الانديجينا الذي يعتبر مجموعة من القوانين التعسفية التي مهدت لها منذ 1870 عهد الجمهورية الثالثة وباشرت في تطبيقها على الشعب الجزائري في28جوان 1881، إلا أن هاته القوانين الردعية لم تكن في صالحهم بقدر ماكانت تخدم المستوطنين لذا فإن الشعب والجمعيات والفئات المثقفة تصدرت لهذا القانون المجحف في حق الجزائر التي تعتبر سبباً في ظهور بوادر الحركة الوطنية .

since the beginning of the French occupation, the French administration has pursued its colonial policy to eliminate the Algerian entity and obliterate its personality ,using a number of criminal deterrent laws, including the People's law, or what is known as the lndigna lawـ which is a set of arbitrary laws that paved the way for it since1870, the era of the Third Republic. and began to apply it to the Algerian people. june28- 1881. However these deterrent laws were not in their interest as much as they served the settlers Therefore the people, associations and educated groups came to the fore for this unfair law against Algeria which is considered a reason for the emergence of the signs of the national movement.
