رأس المال الفكري وأثره في تعزيز الابتكار التنظيمي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده المختلفة (البشري، الهيكلي، الزبوني) في تعزيز الابتكار التنظيمي في جامعة أحمد دراية بولاية أدرار، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم تحليل(113) استبيان باستخدام برنامج Smart PLS3، وقد تم التوصل إلى أنه يوجد أثر مباشر لرأس المال الفكري بأبعاده المختلفة على الابتكار التنظيمي قدره (0.718) في جامعة أحمد دراية بولاية أدرار. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن رأس المال الفكري يساهم بشكل كبير في تفعيل الابتكار التنظيمي محل الدراسة. ومن بين التوصيات ربط التمديد للجامعات برخصة مشروطة بعدد من الأبحاث والابتكارات المتفردة ذات التطبيقات المفيدة للمجتمع.

The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of intellectual shared capital through its different genres on (the structural, the human and the client-shared capital) upon promoting organizational innovation in Ahmed Draia University - Adrar. A questionnaire was applied as the main tool for collecting information, where (113) ones were analyzed using the Smart PLS3 program throughout Ahmed Draia University in Adrar. In addition to that, the study has concluded that intellectual shared capital contributes significantly to activating the organizational innovation under study. Amongst the recommendations is to connect the extension to Universities with a conditional licence that of a number of unique research and innovations with beneficial applications to society
