التحضر وأثره في تغيير العلاقات الإجتماعية

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة الحالية التحضر وأثره على تغيير العلاقات الاجتماعية دراسة حالة المدينة الجديدة الشيخ سيدي محمد بلكبير بادرار، حيث سعت الدراسة الى محاولة الكشف عن الاثر الذي خلفه التحضر على واقع العلاقات بشكل عام سواء الاسرية والقرابية، وكذلك على مستوى علاقات الجيرة، وهذا من خلال طرح الاشكالية الرئيسية وهي " كيف أثر التحضر في تغير العلاقات الاجتماعية بالمدينة الجديدة الشيخ سيدي محمد بلكبير بأدرار"؟. وممّا لا شك فيه أن التغيرات الاجتماعية التي عرفها المجتمع الجزائري عموما قد أثرت في هذه العلاقات من حيث شكلها وبنيتها والأدوار الاجتماعية الناشئة عنها، ويعود ذلك إلى الصراع بين الثقافة المحافظة التي سادت المجتمع الجزائري لفترات طويلة، و بين الثقافة الدخيلة عليه و الناتجة عن عمليتي التصنيع والتحضر، فقد مست هذه التغيرات القِيم والاعراف وأثَّرت في منظومة المعايير الاجتماعية، و ولدت سلوكيات اجتماعية غير مألوفة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهجين هما المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و والمنهج التاريخي، واستخدمت الاستمارة كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات بالإضافة الى الملاحظة المباشرة والمقابلة. وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن العلاقات الاسرية لاتزال تعرف تماسكا بالمدينة الجديدة بعكس العلاقات القرابية والتي شهدت نوعا من التراجع ، بينما عرفت علاقات الجيرة تراجعا خطيرا بسبب تغلب الفردانية والانانية والمنفعة الشخصية، ممل قلل من فرص تدعيم العلاقات بين الجيران، ويمكن أن نعزُ كل هذا التراجع في العلاقات إلى الثقافة السائدة في المدينة الجديدة، بالإضافة إلى النمط المعماري الذي لم يراعي خصوصية الأسرة الادرارية، كما أن متطلبات الحياة الجديدة وخروج المرأة للعمل، هي أيضا عوامل أثرت بشكل مباشر في شكل العلاقات الاجتماعية وساهمت في تفككها وتراجعها.

This study deals with urbanization and its impact on changing the social relations, taking the new city Shaykh Sidi Mohammad Belakbir, in Adrar, as a case study. The research attempts to reveal the impact left by urbanization on relations in general, whether familial or kinship relations, at the level of the neighbourhood relations through the principal problematic “How did urbanization impact the social relations in the new city Shaykh Sidi Mohammed Belakbir, in Adrar.” There is no doubt that the social changes that Algerian society has known in general have affected these relations in terms of their form and structure and the social role emerging from them. This is due to the conflict between the conservative culture that dominated Algerian society for long periods and the new coming culture resulting from industrialization and urbanization. These changes affected the values and traditions, and the system of the social standards, and generated unfamiliar social behaviours. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and the historical approach and used as a principal tool a questionnaire for data collection, in addition to participatory observations and interviews. The study concluded that the family relations are still cohesive, in the new city, unlike kinship relations, which witnessed a kind of decline. However, the neighbourly relations experienced serious decline due to the predominance of individualism, selfishness and personal benefit, which lessened the opportunities of enhancing relations among neighbours. This regression in relations can be explained by the prevailing culture in the new city, in addition to the architectural style that did not take into consideration the privacy of the Adrari family and the requirements of the new life and women’s work which are all factors that directly affected the shape of the social relations and contributed to their disintegration and decline.
