Matlab/Simulink
Many countries, including Algeria, have initiated strategies to produce energy from alternative sources, reduce economic dependence on conventional energy sources and limit greenhouse gas emissions. Thus, Algeria has taken up the challenge of preserving fossil resources, diversifying electricity production sectors, and contributing to sustainable development, thanks to the National Renewable Energies Program 2011-2030. These energies are at the heart of Algeria's energy and economic policies, particularly through the development of large-scale solar energy. With the mastery of modern technology, it has become possible to set up these solar stations and benefit from them. Among these modern technologies is Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). The presence of an algorithm (MPPT) in a PV system drives the process at a maximum power point (MPP) is mandatory since the PV function generator is non-linear and variable with the changing climatic conditions, hence the maximum power generated is obtained. In this work, a new robust MPPT technique proposes to use the notion of a Double Integral Sliding Mode Controller (DISMC) for a stand-alone PV system. The goal of this super-sliding algorithm is to design a new sliding surface that will help improve the slow transient response and mitigate the stick-slide phenomenon compared to the Integral Sliding Mode Controller ISMC. Modeling of the stand- alone PV system and simulations were performed using Matlab/Simulin
