Abstract

تأتي هذه الدراسة التطبيقية بعنوان: توظيف المقاصد في فهم الحديث وتطبيقاته من خلال كتاب المختار من كنوز السنة للعلامة محمد عبد الله دراز .للإجابة عن الإشكالية الرئيسية والمتمثلة في: إلى أي مدى اعتنى الدكتور محمد عبد الله دراز بتوظيف المقاصد في فهم الحديث وكيف وظف ذلك من خلال كتابه المختار من كنوز السنة ؟ وهل كان سباقا إلى توظيف المقاصد في فهم السنة النبوية . افتتحنا هذا البحث الذي هو عبارة عن دراسة حول كتاب المختار من كنوز السنة بترجمة للمؤلف محمد عبد الله دراز وترجمة كتابه. كما ذكرنا أيضا في جزئيات أخرى ماهية المقاصد وضوابطها وجهود محمد عبد الله دراز فيها . وتطرقنا أيضا إلى ذكر أهم التطبيقات المذكورة في كتاب المختار من كنوز السنة حول توظيف المقاصد في فهم الحديث من خلال كتابه. . لنختتم هذا البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها مع بعض التوصيات العلمية

This applied study, entitled employing the purposes in understanding the hadith and its applications through the book "the Chosen One from treasures of the sunnah " by the scholar Muhammad abdullqh diraz, comes to answer the main problem represented in ; To what extent did dr muhammed Abdullah draz take care of employing the puposes in understanding hadith ,and how he employed that through his book ,the chosen one from treasures of the prophetic sunah we have opened this research ,which is a study on the book The chosen one from the treasures of the sunnah " with a translation of the author of Muhammad Abdullah diraz and his book qe alse mentioned in other details what puposes are ,their controls , and the efforts of Muhammad Abdullah diraz in them . We also touched upon mentioning the most important applications mentioned in the book the chosen one from the treasures of the sunnah about employing the purposes in un derstanding the hadith through the book the chosen one from the treasures of the sunnah .
