Abstract

إن علم الفروق من أجل العلوم وأنفسها فهو من العلوم التي تخدم الفقه، وتسهل على طالب العلم الإلمام بالكثير من الفروع الفقهية، و الإمام القرافي كان له الفضل الكبير في هذا الفن حيث ألف كتابه الفروق في المذهب المالكي الذي ذكر فيه الفروق الفقهية وجاء من بعده تلميذه البقروري ورتب هذه الفروق وجعل لها أبواب وسمى كتابه ترتيب الفروق واختصارها، ومن الأبواب التي ذكرها باب الإجارة الذي ذكر فيه سبعة قواعد التي نقل فيها كلام شيخه مختصرا دون أي إضافة أو إعتراض.قارن وأصوله

The science of differences is for the sake of the sciences and themselves, it is one of the sciences that serve jurisprudence, and makes it easier for the student of knowledge to become familiar with many branches of jurisprudence, and Imam Al-Qarafi had great merit in this art as he wrote his book Differences in the Maliki School in which he mentioned the jurisprudential differences and came after his student Al-Baqouri arranged these differences and made chapters for them and named his book Arranging the Differences and Abbreviating them, and among the chapters he mentioned is the chapter on Ijarah, in which he mentioned seven rules in which he conveyed the words of his sheikh briefly without any addition or objection.
