الأساليب الإشرافية لمدير المدرسة وأثرها على تنمية المهارات المهنية للمعلمين

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة الى البحث في الأساليب الإشرافية لمدير المدرسة وأثرها على تنمية المهارات المهنية للمعلمين على تسعة ابتدائيات في ولاية ادرار وذلك من خلال رصد واقع تجسيد الأساليب الإشرافية لمدير المدرسة في المؤسسة من خلال تنمية المهارات المهنية للمعلمين مجتمع الدراسة. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف واقع الأساليب الإشرافية لمدير المدرسة ومستوى تنمية المهارات المهنية للمعلمين مجتمع الدراسة وتحليل العلاقة الموجودة بينهما، حيث تم استخدام الاستمارة والمقابلة لجمع المعلومات من ميدان الدراسة المتمثل في فئة من المعلمين والمديرون في تسعة ابتدائيات في ولاية ادرار البالغ عددهم 70. وصلت الدراسة الى انه توجد علاقة وطيدة بين الأساليب الإشرافية لمدير المدرسة وأثره البليغ على تنمية المهارات المهنية للمعلمين في بعض ابتدائيات ولاية ادرار.

This study sought to investigate the supervisory methods of the school principal and its impact on the development of the professional skills of teachers in nine primary schools in the state of Adrar. And that is by monitoring the reality of embodying the supervisory methods of the school director in the institution through the development of the professional skills of the teachers of the study community. This study adopted the descriptive analytical approach to describe the reality of the supervisory methods of the school principal and the level of professional skills development for teachers in the study community and to analyze the relationship that exists between them. The study concluded that there is a strong relationship between the supervisory methods of the school principal and its significant impact on the development of the professional skills of teachers in some elementary schools in Adrar.
