تأثير جائحة كورونا على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة العلاقة بين تأثير جائحة كورونا على الأداء الوظيفي لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بمدينة ادرار وسعى الباحثان لإيجاد الإجابات عن التساؤلات المطروحة في مشكلة البحث ومنها :هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين فيروس كورونا المستجد على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ لمهامهم التدريسية ؟ هل توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين انتشار جائحة كورونا على قدرات وأسلوب الأستاذ في التعليم المتوسط ؟هل توجد علاقة بين جائحة كورونا ومهام التوجيه والمتابعة لدى الأستاذ ؟ هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة في مستوى تأثير جائحة كورونا على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ تعزى لمتغير الجنس ؟ هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة في مستوى تأثير جائحة كورونا على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية في العمل ؟ وقد توصل البحث الحالي لعدة نتائج ميدانية منها : تشير النتائج الى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين جائحة كورونا والأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ التعليم المتوسط تشير النتائج الى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين كورونا وقدرات وأسلوب الأستاذ في التعليم المتوسط . وكذلك أشارت النتائج الى عدم وجود علاقة بين كورونا ومهام التوجيه لدى الأستاذ . جاءت نتائج هذه الفرضية بأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تأثير جائحة كورونا على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ تعزى لمتغير الجنس و الأقدمية في العمل

The current research aims to find out the relationship between the impact of the corona pandemic on the job performance of a sample of Middle education professors in the city of Adrar and the two researchers sought to find answers to questions raised in the research problem, including : Is there a statistically significant correlation between the novel coronavirus on the professor's job performance for their teaching assignments Is there a statistically significant relationship between the spread of the corona pandemic on the abilities and style of the professor in middle education Is there a relationship between the corona pandemic and the guidance and follow-up tasks of the professor Are there significant differences in the level of impact of the corona pandemic on Professor's job performance attributable to gender Are there significant differences in the level of impact of the corona pandemic on the job performance of the Professor due to the variable of seniority at work The current research is a descriptive analytical research that worked on the use of the descriptive method on a sample of (60) research and was based on the resolution tool as the main tool for research to collect data and information on the phenomenon investigated . The current research has reached several field results, including :The results indicate that there is no statistically significant correlation between the corona pandemic and the job performance of the middle education professor . The results indicate that there is no statistically significant correlation between Corona and the abilities and style of the professor in Intermediate Education . The results also indicated that there was no relationship between Corona and the guidance tasks of the professor . The results of this hypothesis came that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of impact of the corona pandemic on the job performance of the Professor due to the variable sex and seniority at work .
