التنظيمات الغير رسمية وأثرها على الانضباط الوظيفي

Abstract

من الدراسات التي يرجع الفضل إليها في اكتشاف التنظيم غير الرسمي تلك الدراسة التي أصبحت معروفة كل من علماء الاجتماع ورجال الأعمال والتي أطلق عليها دراسة غرفة الملاحظة لإلتون مايو في مصانع الهاورثون الموجودة بمدينة شيكاغو. وعلى هذا الأساس فإن الدراسة الراهنة تحاول معالجة ظاهرة تنظيمية هامة وهي التنظيم غير الرسمي وأثره على الانضباط الوظيفي ومن ثم بات تشخيص الظاهرة والوقوف على أبعادها الحقيقية وتأثيرها على سلوك الأعضاء المنتمين إليها وما ينعكس على انضباطهم العملي بوجه خاص والمؤسسة بصفة عامة . ومن أجل تحقيق هذا المسعى قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في إحدى المؤسسات الوطنية وهي مديرية التربية لولاية أدرار وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى أربعة فصول ، في الأول تناولت الجانب المنهجي وأدرجت فيه أسباب أخيار الموضوع وأهميته والإشكالية البحثية وتحديد المفاهيم والذي يضم المفاهيم الرئيسية مع إعطاء مفاهيم إجرائية .أما الفصل الثاني فتناول مفهوم التنظيم وأنماطه و أهم المداخل النظرية في دراسة التنظيم غير الرسمي ،وأما الثالث فتناولت فيه المتغير الثاني وهو ماهية الانضباط الوظيفي ،وفي الفصل الرابع والذي يمس الجانب الميداني لدراسة ومناقشة النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة.

One of the studies that is credited with discovering informal organization is the study that became known to both sociologists and businessmen and called the Elton Mayo Observation Room Study at the Hawthorne factories in Chicago. On this basis, the current study attempts to address an important organizational phenomenon, which is the informal organization and its impact on functional discipline, and then the diagnosis of the phenomenon and its real dimensions and its impact on the behavior of members belonging to it and what is reflected on their practical discipline in particular and the institution in general. In order to achieve this endeavour, we conducted a field study in one of the national institutions, the Directorate of Education for the Wilayat of Adrar. The study was divided into four chapters. In the first, it dealt with the methodological aspect and included the reasons for choosing the topic and its importance, the research problem and the identification of concepts, which includes the main concepts with giving procedural concepts. The second chapter dealt with the concept of organization and its patterns and the most important theoretical approaches in the study of informal organization, and the third dealt with the second variable, which is the nature of functional discipline, and in the fourth chapter, which touches on the field aspect of the study and discussion of the findings of the study.
