أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة على الإبداع الإداري

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراســة إلى معرفة أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بالمديرية الجهوية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز "تيميمون"، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولجمع البيانات تم الاستعانة بالاستبانة، ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين بالمؤسسة والعينة المستخدمة هي العينة المقصودة والمتمثلة في الموظفين الإداريين فقط والذي بلغ عددهم 32. وقد خلصـت الدراسـة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها، وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصـائية لعمليات إدارة المعرفة على الإبداع الإداري، وكذلك وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصـائية لأبعاد (توليد، تخزين، توزيع، تطبيق المعرفـة) على الإبـداع الإداري.

This study aims to know the impact of knowledge management processes in achieving administrative creativity in the Regional Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution “Timimoun”, using the analytical descriptive approach, and distributed questionnaires is used to collect the data. The study population is composed of the staff of the Regional Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution “Timimoun”. The study sample is composed of 32 selected intentionally. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which was a statistically significant impact of knowledge management processes on managerial creativity, as well as a statistically significant impact of dimensions (creation knowledge,storage, distribution, and application of knowledge) on managerial creativity.
