واقع تطبيق التكلفة المستهدفة في المؤسسات الإنتاجية الجزائرية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة وإمكانية تطبيقه في المؤسسات الإنتاجية الجزائرية. ولمعرفة واقع تطبيق أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان والذي تم توجيهه إلى عينة مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في موظفي وإطارات مؤسسة ايكومس، ولتحليل نتائج الاستبيان استخدمنا برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى توفر البنية الأساسية والمقومات اللازمة لاستخدام أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة كأداة لقيادة التكلفة في مؤسسة ايكومس، كما أن المؤسسة تركز على اهتمامات الزبون فيما يخص التكلفة والسعر.

The study aimed to shed light on the target cost method and its applicability in the Algerian productive enterprises. In order to find out the realityof the application of the target cost.we used the questionnaire tool.which was directed to the sample of the study community represented by the employees of ECOMS corporation. And to analyze the results of the qustionnaire results. We used the SPSS statistical package. The study found the availability of the bsic infrastructure and ingredients necessary to use the target cost method as a tool to lead the target cost in ECOMS. And the institution focuses on the customer,sconcerns with regard to cost and price
