معوقات تطبيق المعايير المحاسبية الدولية في القطاع العام في المؤسسات العمومية

Abstract

تمثل معايير المحاسبة الدولية للقطاع العام القواعد التي تحكم العمليات المالية المحاسبية تطبق في جميع الوحدات العمومية التي تنشأ في القطاع العام , هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات تطبيق معايير المحاسبة الدولية و فوائد تكييف معايير المحاسبة الدولية, ولخصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن المعايير المحاسبة الدولية في القطاع العام تقدم أفضل الممارسات المحاسبية المتفق عليها لتصميم نظام محاسبي يسمح بعرض قوائم مالية عمومية ذات مصداقية. كما تم بأسلوب الدراسة الميدانية عن طريق استعمال الإستبيان الذي أخذ كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات اللازمة و الضرورية لأغراض هذه الدراسة.

The aim of this study is to identify the obstacles against the application of international accounting standards and the benefits of adaptinq them. This study summarized that international accounting standards in the public sector providing the public sector providing the best accounting practices agreed upon to design an accounting system that allows the presentation of public financial statements in a credible way. The empirical part of the study was done using the questionnaire which was taken as a main tool for collecting the necessary information for the purposes of this study
