آليات مكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية في القانون الجزائري

Abstract

ان هذا النمو والتطور المستمر لثورة المعلوماتية الالكترونية الذي نعيشه حاليا ويشهده حاضرنا فأصبحنا نواجه العديد من الاخطار التي تنشا بشكل تلقائي . فدخول الانترنت الي عالمنا وتمكن الصغير والكبير والجاهل والمتعلم من استخدامه دون اي رقابة ادي الي زيادة هذه الاخطار وتفشي النهب والسرقات الالكترونية بشكل ملحوظ ان الجرائم الالكترونية تعد من الجرائم التي تحتاج الي تظافر الجهود من اجل مكافحتها وضبط تمددها. فلهذا تناولنا في دراستنا هذه اليات مكافحة الجرائم الالكترونية في القانون الجزائري فقد قسمنا بحثنا هذا الي جانبين جانب نظري واخر تطبيقي فقد تحدثنا في جانب النظري على طبيعة الجرائم الالكترونية واليات مكافحتها في القانون الجزائري اما في الجانب التطبيقي تحدثنا عن نماذج واحصائيات عن بعض الجرائم ونتائج تحليل الاستبيان.

This study falls within the media and communication sciences research, where it aimed to highlight the role played by social networking sites, especially Facebook, in promoting volunteer activities. Volunteerism as well as knowledge of its role and contribution to its activation, as they are from two different worlds, a virtual world and a real world. Where the study relied on the descriptive approach and the comparative approach and two tools for collecting data represented in the interview and observation, while the study community was represented in the publications of the two Facebook pages of the two associations Nass Al Khair Adrar and Whisper of Hope for Solidarity Good, and here lies the role of the study where we learned about the differences and similarities in terms of form and content, as well as The most commonly used mechanisms in promoting volunteer activities and concluded to highlight the status and importance of social networking sites, especially the most prevalent portal, which is Facebook, and the distinguished role that made it a sophisticated media.
