قياس أثر الهيكل المالي على الأداء المالي في البنوك التجارية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس أثر الهيكل المالي على الأداء المالي في البنوك التجارية في الجزائر، ولقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة عددها 12 بنك منها 6 بنوك عمومية و6 بنوك خاصة، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الفترة الزمنية التي تطرقت إليها الدراسة والتي تمثلت من سنة 2010 إلى غاية 2018، تم استخدام نماذج البانل لقياس العلاقة بين متغيري الدراسة حيث تمثل المتغير المستقلة في الهيكل المالي مقاسا بالرافعة المالية، أما بالنسبة للمتغير التابع الأداء المالي مقاسا بالعائد على الأصول. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية بين مؤشر الرافعة المالية ومعدل العائد على الأصول؛ حيث أنه كلما زاد مؤشر الرافعة المالية بوحدة واحدة زاد معدل العائد على الأصول بـ 1.21 وحدة، وهذا يدل على أن الهيكل المالي الأمثل لتحقيق الأثر الإيجابي للأداء المالي.

The study aimed to analyze and measure the impact of the financial structure on the financial performance of commercial banks in Algeria, The study was conducted on a sample of 12 banks, including 6 public banks and 6 private banks, Taking into account the time period covered by the study, which was from 2010 to 2018, The panel data were used to measure the relationship between the study variables, as they represented the independent variable in the financial structure as measured by financial leverage, As for the dependent variable, the financial performance as measured by the return on assets, The study found a statistically significant effect between the financial leverage indicator and the rate of return on assets, As the leverage index increases by one unit, the rate of return on assets increases by 1.21 units, This indicates that the optimal financial structure to achieve the positive impact of financial performance
