مساهمة الشفافية الإدارية في تفعيل أسلوب الإدارة بالكفاءات

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة بالتحليل والمناقشة مساهمة الشفافية الإدارية في تفعيل أسلوب الإدارة بالكفاءات ،دراسة ميدانية لبلدية أدرار حيث تم التطرق إلى مفهوم الشفافية الإدارية وبيان أهميتها و متلطباتها ومعيقاتها، وكذالك مفهوم الإدارة بالكفاءات وأهدافها، ومتطلباتها وكذا أبعادها ومدى تأثير الشفافية الإدارية في أسلوب الإدارة بالكفاءات ،ومن تم توضيح جوانب العلاقة المتداخلة بينهما ،وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليل في اجراء الدراسة من خلال جمع البيانات بالاعتماد علي (85) استبانة أعدت خصيصا لهدا الغرض ، تمت الدراسة على (75) استبانة ، من عاملي بلدية ادرار ،وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSSفي تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات ،وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ما يلي: يتم ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية ببلدية ادرار بين مختلف المصالح والمواطنين بدرجة متوسطة. ان هناك تأثير بين الشفافية الإدارية وأسلوب الإدارة بالكفاءة، وكذا العلاقة بين الشفافية الإدارية وأسلوب الإدارة بالكفاءة.

Data and hypothesis testing. The study concluded the following: Administrative transparency is exercised in the municipality of Adrar between the various interests and citizens to a moderate degree. There is an effect between administrative transparency and efficient management style. As well as the relationship between administrative transparency and efficient management style.
