مهــــــــارة إدارة الـــــــوقت ودورها في تخطيط المسار الوظيفي للكفاءات

Abstract

سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مهارة إدارة الوقت وأثرها في عملية تخطيط المسار الوظيفي للكفاءات وتحسين الأداء بجامعة احمد دراية أدرار. للوصول إلى تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم (60) استمارة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عمال وعاملات الجامعة شملت 58 فقرة تم توزيعها على كل من عمال وعاملات داخل مصالح الجامعة، وقد استرجع منها (53) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، وتفريغها وتحليلها في برنامج (SPSS) وتوصلت هذه الدراسة بعد اختبار الفرضيات إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أثبتت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة عكسية بين ادارة الوقت وتخطيط المسار الوظيفي للكفاءات، وتوصلت الدراسة كذلك أنه لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لادارة الوقت على متغير تخطيط المسار الوظيفي للكفاءات بأبعاده. وفي الاخير خلصت الدراسة إلى اقتراح نموذج لادارة الوقت على تخطيط المسار الوظيفي للكفاءات.

The aim of tis study is to identify the time management skill and its impact on the career path planning process for competencies and performance improvement at Adrar Ahmed Deraya University. To reach the goal, (60) questionnaires of 58 paragraphs were designed, based on sample consisted of university workers, and distributed to both male and female workers within the university’s departments. After testing the hypotheses, this study foun out a set of results where the most important of which are: The study proved that there is an inverse relationship between time management and career path planning for competencies. The study also found out the absence of statistical significance effect of time management on career path planning for competencies .
