النظام البورقيبي وقضايا المغرب العربي 1956-1986

Abstract

تُعد شخصية الحبيب بورقيبة من الشخصيات البارزة سواءً في تونس أو العالم العربي أو العالم ، لما له من آثار ومواقف في تاريخ الحركة الوطنية التونسية ، وفي مساهمته في النضال المغاربي المشترك ضد الاحتلال الفرنسي ، وكذلك مواقفه وخطبه إزاء ضد القضايا العربية كالقضية الفلسطينية التي تعتبر قضية الأمة الإسلامية والعربية على د سواء ، ض ف إلى بعض الأفكار المتعلقة بمحاربة الاستعمار على أساس مبدأ )) خذ وطالب(( هذا الأمر جعل منه أكثر مرونة وتعاملا مع المشاكل التي كانت تعترضه كما أن بورقيبة تأثر في نشأته بفرنسا التي درس فيها حيث انعكس ذلك على مواقفه من الإسلام وحرية التدين ، وحقوق المرأة وحريتها ، هذا الأمر جعل المجتمع التونسي أكثر انفتاحاً على العالم وقد تأثر بذلك من حيث الإيجاب والسلب . فيما يخص المغربي العربي فقد لعب بورقيبة دورا واضحا عندما تقلد الرئاسة ، إذ عمل حلحلة بعض المشاكل التي كانت عائقا أمام وحدة المغرب العربي لاسيما قضية الصحراء الغربية ، وحرب الجزائر والمغرب الأقصى فقد سعى من خلال مبعوثيه على ايجاد صيغة تحاول دون وقوع تصدام عسكري بين الأشقاء المغاربة ، وهذا يحاسب له بشهادة من عاصروه أمثال الطاهر بلخوجة ، والصافي سعيد وغيرهم . كما لا ننسى أن للحبيب بورقيبة ارتباط مع المشرق العربي لاسيما السودان ومصر باعتبارهما من دول الجوار وهذا يعني لنا أنه كانت له نظرة شاملة عن الوطن العربي وعليه يمكن لنا أن نقول أن شخصية الحبيب بورقيبة لا زالت في حاجة إلى دراسة إذا ما توفرت المعلومة الدقيقة والصحيحة .

The personality of Habib Bourguiba is considered one of the prominent personalities, whether in Tunisia, the Arab world or the world, because of his effects and positions in the history of the Tunisian national movement, and in his contribution to the joint Maghreb struggle against the French occupation, as well as his positions and speeches against Arab issues such as the Palestinian issue, which is considered the issue of the nation Islamic and Arabic alike, add to some ideas related to the fight against colonialism on the basis of the principle of (take and demand) this matter made him more flexible and dealt with the problems that were facing him. From Islam and freedom of religion, and women's rights and freedom, this matter made Tunisian society more open to the world, and it was affected by this in terms of positives and negatives. With regard to the Maghreb, Bourguiba played a clear role when he assumed the presidency, as he worked to solve some of the problems that were an obstacle to the unity of the Arab Maghreb, especially the issue of Western Sahara and the war of Algeria and the Far Maghreb. And this will be held accountable for him with the testimony of his contemporaries, such as Al-Tahir Belkhoja, Al-Safi Saeed and others. We also do not forget that Habib Bourguiba has a connection with the Arab Mashreq, especially Sudan and Egypt As they are from neighboring countries, this means to us that he had a comprehensive view of the Arab world, and accordingly we can say that the personality of Habib Bourguiba still needs a study if accurate and correct information is available.
