أهمية تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الإتصال في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في جامعة احمد دراية ادرار، بعدما أصبحت هذه التكنولوجيا وما صاحبها من تطورات وما تمد به من معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة ومتاحة في الوقت المناسب تعتبر مصدرا رئيسيا في المؤسسة، لتكون مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الشق الآخر ملزمة بتطبيق الجودة الشاملة التي تعتمد في نجاحها على استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا لتحقيق مخرجات راقية ومتماشية مع متطلبات سوق العمل. فمن أجل معالجة إشكالية الدراسة وسعيا لتحقيق الأهداف تم تصميم استبيان إلكتروني موزع على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتسيير والعلوم التجارية بجامعة أحمد دراية ادرار، حدد العينة ب (44) أستاذ يتكون من (30) سؤال من أجل التعرف على واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والإتصال والأهمية التي تلعبها في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في قطاع التعليم العالي ليتم التوصل إلى أن تكنولوجيا الإعلام والإتصال لها مساهمة فعالة في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بشكل عام وفي جامعة أدرار بشكل خاص وذلك بالاعتماد على برنامج spss من أجل الحصول على النتائج المطلوبة .

This study aimed to know the importance of using information and communication technology in achieving total quality in higher education institutions at Ahmed Deraya University Adrar, after this technology and its accompanying developments and the accurate, correct and available information it provides at the right time have become a magor source in the institution, to be Higher education institutions on the other hand are obligated to apply total quality, which depends for its success on the use of this technology to achieve high-end outputs in line with the requirements of the labor market. In order to address the problem of the study and in order to achieve the goals, an electronic questionnaire was designed distributed to sample of professors of the faculty of Economics Management and commercial Sciences at Ahmed Deraya University Adrar. The sample was identified by )44( professors consisting of ) 30( questions in order to identify the reality of the use of information and communication technology And the importance it plays in achieving total quality in the higher education sector, so that information and communication technology has an effective contribution to achieving total quality in higher education institution in general and in Adrar University in particular, by relying on the spss program in order to obtain the required results.
