Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر حوكمة المؤسسات على أداء البنوك التجارية وذلك من خلال عناصر الحوكمة التي تتعلق بالشفافية والاستقلالية والمساءلة والمسؤولية والعدالة حيث كل هذه العناصر لها أثر فعال وكبير على أداء البنوك التجارية من أجل هذا تم اختبار عينة تضم أربعة من البنوك بأدرار وتوزيع الاستبيانات على موظفي هذه البنوك واعتمدنا على برنامج إحصائي SPSS لتحميل بيانات المستخدمين

The aim of this study is to know the impact of corporate governance on the performance of commercial banks through the elements of governance related to transparency, independence, accountability, responsibility and justice. Where all these elements have an effective and significant impact on the performance of commercial banks, for this a sample of four banks was tested in Adrar and the questionnaires were distributed to the employees of these banks, and we relied on the SPSS statistical program to analyze the users’ data
