قياس أثر بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية على معدل البطالة في الجزائر

Abstract

تعد البطالة إحدى المشكلات التي تواجه معظم دول العالم باختلاف مستويات تقدمها وأنظمتها، حيث تعكس كل من جانب العرض والطلب على القوة العاملة نتيجة لمتغيرات كثيرة منها اقتصادية، اجتماعية وأمنية........هذه المشكلة كانت محل بحثنا حيث تم قياس أثر بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية على معدلات البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1989-2020 , وذلك بعرض الإطار النظري للبطالة، وتحليل واقع البطالة في الاقتصاد الجزائري، وكذا قياس أثر المتغيرات الاقتصادية على معدلات البطالة. تم بناء نموذج قياسي يتمثل في نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL فتبين أنه توجد علاقة طردية بين معدل البطالة ومعدل التضخم بينما توجد علاقة عكسية بين معدل البطالة وكل من النمو الاقتصادي والنفقات العمومية

This problem was our research where the impact of some was measured Economic variables on unemployment rates in Algeria during the period 1989-2020, by presenting the theoretical framework of unemployment, analyzing the reality of unemployment in the Algerian economy, as well as measuring the impact of economic variables on unemployment rates. A standard model of the ARDL is a standard of self -decline in the ARDL, and it turns out that there is a direct relationship between the unemployment rate and the rate of inflation, while there is an inverse relationship between the unemployment rate and both economic growth and public expenditures
