Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تبين أهمية ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات في إطار التجارة الحرة،ومعرفة حجم الصادرات الجزائرية نحو إفريقيا، معتمدين على جمع وتحليل جداول إحصائيات الصادرات الجزائرية .كما اعتدنا على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي. قد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي تؤكد افتقاد الصادرات الجزائرية خارج المحروقات مستوى التنافس المطلوب وللنهوض بها تحتاج الدولة حزمة متكاملة من السياسات في مختلف المجالات

This study aims to show the importance of promoting exports outside hydrocarbons within the framework of free trade, and knowing the volume of Algerian exports to Africa, relying on the collection and analysis of tables of Algerian exports statistics. We are also accustomed to the descriptive analytical method. The study concluded with a set of results that confirm the lack of Algerian exports outside hydrocarbons, the required level of competition, and to advance it, the state needs an integrated package of policies in various fields
