تقدير وتحليل نموذج قياسي لمحددات الأجور في الجزائر

Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة محاولة لتحديد وتقدير نموذج قياسي لمحددات الأجور في الجزائر للفترة 2000-2020، حيث تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في الجانب النظري للتطرق إلى المفاهيم الأساسية الخاصة بهذا الموضوع، كما تم إستخدام المنهج القياسي في الدراسة التطبيقية بحيث تم إختبار علاقة التكامل المشترك مابين متغيرات الدراسة والمتمثلة في الأجر الأدنى المضمون الحقيقي، التضخم، الناتج المحلي. وبعد إستخدام مجموعة من نموذج التكامل المشترك ومجموعة من الإختبارات توصلنا إلى: - أن بيانات سلاسل الدراسة مستقرة في الفرق الأول. - وجود تكامل مشترك مابين متغيرات الدراسة. - وجود علاقة طردية مابين الأجر الوطني الأدنى المضمون الحقيقي والتضخم في الأجل الطويل. وبإستخدام إختبار السببية تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة سببية مابين التضخم والأجر الأدنى المضمون الحقيقي

Address this study is an attempt to identify and estimate the standard model of the determinants of wages in Algeria for the period 2000-2020, where the use of the descriptive and analytical theory to address the basic concepts of this topic, as was the use of the curriculum standard in applied study so that the test joint integration relationship between the variables the study of the minimum guaranteed wage real, inflation, gross domestic product.
