Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر نمط القيادة على أداء العاملين بالمؤسسة, حيث أجريت الدراسة في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز بأدرار, و تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحديد أهداف الدراسة حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كأداة لجمع البيانات. كما تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيان عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية . spss

This study aimed to know the effect of leaderships styles on employees performance in the institution , the study was conducted in institution for Electricity and Gaz Distribution Corporation in adrar. The researcher used the analytical descriptive methodology to achieve the objectives of the study depending on a questionnaire as the basic research tool in data collection. The data were analyzed by social sciences program spss.
