أهمية تطوير خدمة الجيل الرابع في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر

Abstract

ان الاتصال اكسب اهمية بالغة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية والخدمية نظرا لما يقدمه من مزايا في ظل التحول التكنولوجي الذي يمس مختلف الميادين وفي هذا الاطار تهدف الى هذه الدراسة لمعرفة اهمية ومساهمة خدمات الاتصال والمتمثلة في خدمة الجيل الرابع في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بوكالة ادرار حيث تم استخدام مجموعة من المؤشرات من اجل تحليل دور خدمة الجيل الرابع في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وكالة ادرار تم التوصل الى ان تطوير هذه الخدمة خلال فترة الدراسة من خلال زيادة عدد عملائها وتحسين خدماتها خلال فترة الدراسة 2016-2021 قد ساهم في الرفع من رقم اعمال المؤسسة بوكالة ادرار

Communication has gained great importance in economic and Service institution due to the advantge it offers in light of the technohogical transformation that affect various fields , and in this context, this study aims to find out th importance and contribution of communication service represented in the fourth generation service in algeria telecom in the wilaya of adrar, where a group was used among the indications for analyzing.The role of the fourth generation service in the algerian telecom corporation in the wilaya of adrar, where was it concluded that the development of this service during the study period by incresing the number of its customers and improving its services during the study period 2016-2021 contributed to increasing the business number of the institution in the wilaya of adrar.
