ابن أب المزمري وجهوده الفقهية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعطاء نبذة عن حياة الشيخ محمد بن أبّ المزمري، وسيرته العلمية والعملية، وجمع ودراسة جهوده الفقهية. وقد انتهجت في ذلك المنهج التاريخي في جمع المادة التاريخيةالمتعلقة بمنطقة توات التي عاش بها وبحياته، ثم المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع وتتبع جهوده الفقهية، ثم المنهج التحليلي في دراستها. وعقدت هذه الدراسة في خطة من ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث التمهيدي: وخصصته للتعريف بمنطقة وأهم عوامل التطور الفقهي وأعلامه بها. المبحث الأول: وفيه ذكرت ترجمة للشيخ محمد بن أبّ المزمري، من ذكر نسبه ومولده ، وشيوخه وتلاميذه ورحلاته، وأقوال العلماء فيه وأهم مؤلفاته ووفاته. المبحث الثاني: خصصته لعرض ودراسة الجهود الفقهية لابن أبّ والتي تمثلت في: متن العبقري في نظم سهو الأخضري، مراسلاته مع غيره من العلماء وبعض اجتهاداته في مسائل متفرقة.

This study aims to provide an overview of the life of Mohammed ibnObba El-Muzammiri, his scientific and practical history, and to gather and study his jurisprudenceeffort. It followed the historical curriculum for collecting historical informations relating to Touat's area and his life, the inductive curriculum for collecting and tracking its jurisprudence efforts, and the analytical curriculum for its study. The study was conducted in a plan of three topics: The preliminary topic: devoted to defining the region of Touat, and the most important factors of jurisprudence development and its scholars. The first topic: Biography of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abu Al-Muzammari, i mentioned his lineage and birth, his elders, his pupils, his travels, the sayings of scholars about him, his most important writings and death. The second research: devoted to the presentation and study of jurisprudence efforts: al abkari fi nadhmsahw al akhdari, hiscorrespondence with other scientists and some of his jurisprudence efforts on different issues.
