الظروف الفيزيقية والاجتماعية للعاملين في مجال تجارة المقايضة بولاية أدرار

Abstract

ان تجارة المقايضة تعد من التجارة التي لها دور مهم وفعال في حياة الافراد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من قاطني المناطق الحدودية في الجزائر؛ فجاءت هذه الدراسة من أجل التعرف على الظروف الفيزيقية (الرمال، الوديان، الرياح،..) والاجتماعية (الاسرة، زملاء وأصدقاء، العلاقة مع التجار الأجانب..) والتي تحيط بالعاملين في مجال التجارة الحدودية بولاية أدرار؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على تقنيات البحث الاستبيان بالمقابلة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات والتي تتماشى وطبيعة عينة الدراسة التي ضمت حوالي 32عامل بن أرباب أعمال وسائقين ومساعدي سائق، إضافة الى اجراء مجموعة من المقابلات مع بعض من افراد العينة من التجار والسائقين وكذلك ارباب العمل من أجل التعرف أكثر على الظروف التي تحيط بالعمل في هذا المجال، كما تم مرافقة القوافل التجاري من أجل الاطلاع أكثر والاحتكاك المباشر بعينة الدراسة، وقد أكدت النتائج على ما يلي: - وجود مؤشرات دالة تؤكد أن التجار في المقايضة يعانون من ظروف صعبة منها: الوديان، الرياح، الرمال وصعوبة الطرقات. - يواجه تجار المقايضة جملة من المخاطر أثناء مزاولتهم لمهنتهم منها الانقطاع الطويل عن العلاقات العامة والخاصة لإضافة الى مواجهة الطبيعة ونقص الحلول التي قد تصل الى أضرار صحية جسيمة أو الموت. - تتعقد حياة التاجر الاجتماعية خاصة وأن الغالبية منهم متزوجين حسب النتائج المبينة في الجداول مع تعقد ظروف العمل، إذ أن معظم التجار يتغيبون عن أسرهم أكثر من أسبوعين وبينت النتائج أن هذا له علاقة بالتاجر وأسرته الجيدة والغير جيدة. - كما تأكد الدراسة أن السائقين ومساعديهم هم الفئة الرئيسية في كل مبادلة ونقل نجاري والتي تمسها الظروف بالدرجة الأول. - أن فئة السائقين تعتبر الركيزة الأساسية في التعاملات التجارية بالمقايضة على الصعيد الاجتماعي لاحتكاكهم المباشر مع التجار الأجانب.
