الرقية الشرعية أحكامها وضوابطها

Abstract

لقد كانت دراستنا حول موضوعٍ ذِي أهميةٍ كبيرةٍ في زمانِنِا هذا, ألا وهو " الرقية الشرعية ", التي صار إقبال النَّاس عليها كبيراً في هذه الآونة, وهو الأمر الذي كان دافعاً لنا لاختيار هذا الموضوع, حيث قمنا بتعريف الرقية الشرعية وتمييزها عن الرقى المخالفة, ثم بيَّنا أحكامها وضوابطها التي ينبغي التزامها صيانةً للشريعة من الوقوع في المخالفات الشرعية, فالرقية إذا كانت بشروطها وضوابطها الشرعية وخلت من المحاذير والمخالفات فهي رقيةٌ جائزةٌ ومباحةٌ والله تعالى أعلم.

Our study was conducted about a very important topic in our present time which is "al-ruqya al-shar'iyya" to which people are becoming really frequent nowadays, and that was the reason based on which we chose this topic. We defined al ruqya al shar'iyya and we distinguished it from from different and opposing types of exorcism, we also explained its terms and conditions which must be abided by in order to keep and protect shariaa from forbidden infractions and violations. Ruqya is considered permissible when it's performed under its necessary terms and conditions and God almighty is the most knowing.
