استراتيجية التوزيع واثارها على حجم المبيعات

Abstract

تناولنا في هذه المذكرة دراسة تاثير استراتيجية التوزيع في زيادة مبيعات مؤسسة نفطال ادرار, حيث تطرقنا الاهمية التي يلعبها التوزيع في تنمية مبيعات المؤسسة. حيث تمثل مؤسسة نفطال من ابرز الشركات الوطنية في مجال توزيع المواد البترولية في الجزائر التي ينبغي الاهتمام بها نظرا لما تملكه من امكانيات توزيع ومؤهلات بشرية ومادية جعلتها مؤسسة رائدة في مجال توزيع المواد البترولية ,حيث استخدمنا مجموعة من ادوات الوصف والتحليل لمعالجة الاشكالية الرئيسية وتسليط الضوء على الدور الفعال للمؤسسة في تنمية اقتصاد البلد واعتبار قطاع المحروقات قطاع استرتيجي وفعال , فعلى الجزائر اعطائها اهمية خاصة واعادة تطوير وترقية هذا القطاع .

In this note, we discussed the study of the impact of the distribution strategy on increasing the sales of the Naftal Adrar Corporation, where we discussed the importance that distribution plays in the development of the corporation's sales. Where the Naftal Corporation represents one of the most prominent national companies in the field of petroleum materials distribution in Algeria, which should be given attention due to its distribution capabilities and human and material qualifications that made it a leading organization in the field of petroleum materials distribution, where we used a set of description and analysis tools to address the main problem and highlight the The effective role of the institution in developing the country's economy and considering the hydrocarbon sector a strategic and effective sector, Algeria should give it special importance and redevelop and upgrade this sector.
