التمكين الرقمي ودوره في تنمية الإبداع الإداري لدى العاملين

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير التمكين الرقمي على الإبداع الإداري للعاملين في بلدية ادرار ولاية ادرار، وتحددت الدراسة في طرق استعمال التكنولوجيا وكيفية التعلم للعاملين واستعمال خبراتهم. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة تضم 24 موظفا، تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية ،SPSS 21 وأظهرت النتائج أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتمكين الرقمي على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالبلدية.

This research aims to identify the extent of the impact of technological progress on the job performance of workers in the municipality of Adrar, the state of Adrar, and the study defined methods of using technology and how workers learn and use their experiences. The research used the descriptive approach and the analytical method, where the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 24 employees. The data were analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the SPSS 21 Statistical Package Program. The results showed that there is a statistically significant effect of technology progress on the job performance of municipality workers.
