نُظُمُ السَّقي فِي الجَنُوبِ الْغَربِي الجَزَائِري وانعِكَاسَاتُها الاجْتِمَاعِية والاقتِصَادِية خِلاَلَ الْقَرْنَيْن (20/19 م) (14/13ه)

Abstract

تُعالج هذه الأطروحة نُظُم السّقي في الجنوب الغربي الجزائري وانعكاساتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية خلال القرنين 20 -19 )م(، وتبرز أهمية الجنوب الغربي الجزائري جغرافياًوطبيعياً،وتُسلط الضوء على أهمية الماء فيه واستقرار السكان حول منابع المياه وأهم الحواضر والقبائل التي أنشأت حولها،كما تبرز أنظمة السقي السطحية و الجوفية من حيث التعريف والنشأةوالخصائص وتقنيات استعمالها، وطرق جلب الماء منها وتوزيعه على الساكنة والفلاحين،كما تبرز التقنيات الحديثة وعوامل اللجوء إليها،و انعكاسات هذه النُظم المائية على الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية في الجنوب الغربي الجزائري.

This thesis deals with the irrigation systems in southwestern Algeria and its social, economic and cultural impact during the 20th-19th centuries. It also shows the importance of the southwestern Algeriageographically and naturally. Besides, the thesis sheds light on the importance of water and the settlements nearby the sources of water and the important cities and tribes that emerged around these sources. It also highlights the surface irrigating systems and the underground ones, their establishment, characteristics and techniques of use. In addition to the methods of bringing water and distributing it on the inhabitants and farmers. Then, it shows the modern techniques and as well as the impact of these hydraulic systems on the social, economic and cultural life in the southwestern and the factors of resorting to them, and the impact of these water systems on social, economic and cultural life in southwest of Algeria.

La présente thèse met en évidence les systèmes d'irrigation et leurs répercussions socioéconomiques et culturelles sur le sud-ouest algérien, au cours des 19ème et20ème siècles, elle met l’accentégalement sur l'importance géographique et naturelle de la susdite région, et illustrel'importance de l'eau dans cette région et la fédération de la population autour des ressources en eau, ainsi que les métropoles et les tribus les plus importantes qui se sont installéesautour de ces ressources. L’étude se fixe ensuite sur les systèmes d'irrigation de surface et souterraines en termes de définition, historique, caractéristiques et techniques appropriées d’irrigation et d’acquisition de l'eau et de distribution soit aux habitants ou aux agriculteurs. Enfin ; la présente étude projette les technologies modernes et les facteurs pourquoi y est-elles fait référence ?et les répercussions de ces systèmes hydrauliques sur la vie socioéconomiques et culturelles dans le sud-ouest algérien.
