دور الرقابة الداخلية في تحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع دور الرقابة الداخلية في تحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية وهدفت إلى إبراز دور وأهمية الرقابة الداخلية داخل المؤسسة والتعرف على كيفية تطبيق نظام الرقابة الداخلية داخل المؤسسة وبيان تأثير الرقابة الداخلية على المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة من عمال الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء وكالة أدرار حيث بلغ عددهم 30 عامل وذلك بالاستعانة باستبيان تطبيقي تم إعداده خصيصا لهذه الدراسة، وبعد تطبيق نتائجه على البرنامج الإحصائيspss وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين الرقابة الداخلية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، كما أكدت على وجود تأثير موجب للرقابة الداخلية في تحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية

This study dealt with the subject of the role of internal control in achieving social responsibility and aimed to highlight the role and importance of internal control within the institution and to identify how to implement the internal control system within the institution and to show the impact of internal control on social responsibility. Adrar Agency, where their number reached 30 workers, using an applied questionnaire specially prepared for this study, and after applying its results to the statistical program spss, This study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between internal control and social responsibility, and also confirmed the existence of a positive impact of internal control in achieving social responsibility
