Abstract

إستطاع مجموعة من المقيمين العامين الفرنسيين على إدارة المخزن المغربي، وقد سعت منذ توقيع على معاهدة الحماية سنة 1912م، على تقسيم الجهاز الإداري والذي يتكون من الإدارة المخزنية وإدارة الحماية الفرنسية، لدى فقد عملت هذه الأخيرة على إصلاح المخزن من أجل الإستفادة منه، كما حرصت على الحفاظ على المظهر التقليدي للمخزن مع إنكماش صلاحيات السلطان المغرب في إتخاد القرارات لصالح المقيم العام، وتمكنت الإقامة العامة الفرنسية الإستعمارية بفضل هذه السياسة من ترسيخ التحكم بالبلاد والإستحواذ وإمتلاك جميع خيرات المغرب الأقصى.
