دور منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في دعم قضية الشيخ جراح بالقدس

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في نشر قضية الحي الفلسطيني وإيصال صوته للعالم أجمع، من خلال الهاشتاغ العالمي " أنقذواْ حي الشيخ جراح"، وكذلك هي محاولة لنشر الثقافة الإعلامية حول القضية الفلسطينية. ولتحقيق هدفنا اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقمنا بتحليل مضمون صفحة فيسبوك " أنقذوا حي الشيخ جراح " خلال الفترة الممتدة من 09 ماي 2021 إلى 10 جوان 2021. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن صفحة فيسبوك أنقذوا حي الشيخ جراح بيّنت أهمية ونجاعة دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في التعاطي العالمي مع القضية الفلسطينية، وهي صفحة ذات محتوى إعلامي متخصص جعلها تكسب متابعين يتفاعلون مع محتواها .

He study aims to highlight the role of social media sites in disseminating the Palestinian neighbourhood issue and communicating its voice to the entire world through the global hashtag "Save the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood", as well as an attempt to spread media culture about the Palestinian issue. To achieve our goal, we followed the analytical descriptive approach and analyzed the content of the Facebook page "Save the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood" from 09 May 2021 to 10 June 2021. The results of the study showed that the Facebook page saved Sheikh Jarrah's neighbourhood demonstrated the importance and effectiveness of the role of social media in the global handling of the Palestinian issue, a page with specialized media content that made it gain followers interacting with its content.
