إجتماع العقداء العشر وأثره على الثورة الجزائرية (1959-1962)

Abstract

إن الدارس لتاريخ الثورة الجزائرية من كل جوانبها سيقف حتما امام زخم كبيرمن الخلافات التي سادت العلاقات بين قادتها و التي كادت في بعض الأحيان أن تعصف بها، لولا الحكمة والعقلنة، والعودة الى عقد المشاورات والاجتماعات لحل الخلافات ، ولعل دراستنا ركزت على أهم تلك الاجتماعات التي عقدت أثناء الثورة وهي اجتماع العقداء العشر، الذي اعطى تقيما شاملا للأوضاع الثورة داخليا وخارجيا، امام مشاريع ديغول الرامية الى إبعاد الشعب عن الثورة،و كان من اهم قرارته اعادة تنظيم الجيش و تحويل الثورة ،بعد ان كانت في الداخل الى الحدود و توحيد القيادة العامة طبقا لمؤتمر الصومام ومن اثر هدا الاجتماع على الثورة تشكيل هيئة الاركان الموحدة وما نشب من صراع الحكومة المؤقتة و هيئة الاركان و تأزم الصراع بين الحكومة المؤقتة و هيئة الاركان و وصولا الى مؤتمر طرابلس و صائفة 1962 وعدم الرجوع الى قيادات الولايات بالداخل.

The impact of this meeting on the revolution was the formation of the unified staff, and the conflict that erupted from the interim government and the General Staff, and the conflict between the governments aggravated. The interim and the General Staff, all the way to the Tripoli Conference and the summer of 1962, and the lack of reference to the leaders of the states at home.
