Dimensionnement et optimisation du réseau collecte du champ d’Oued Zine à Adrar

Abstract

Notre travail vise à étudier et la possibilité d'améliorer la productivité dans le champ Oued El-Zein par la mise en place d'une unité de séparation et d'une unité de pompage (FPF), ce travail dépend des données du réseau de collecte et des besoins de l'unité de pompage qui Nous voulons l'ajouter. Ensuite, nous modélisons ce que nous avons et améliorons le débit du réseau d'agrégation à l'aide du logiciel PIPESIM. Le résultat a été positif en termes d'augmentation du débit de pétrole de 14,6024 (m3/j) à 216,7112(m3/j) et les bénéfices étaient estimés à 494331150 (DA) par jour.

يهدف عملنا إلى دراسة وإمكانية تحسين الإنتاجية في حقل واد الزين من خلال وضع وحدة فصل ووحدة ضخ (FPF)، هذا العمل يعتمد على معطيات شبكة التجميع واحتياجات وحدة الضخ التي نريد اضافتها. ومن ثم نقوم بنمذجة ما لدينا وكذا تحسين الإنتاجية لشبكة التجميع باستخدام برنامج PIPESIM. وقد كانت النتيجة ايجابية من ناحية زيادة تدفق البترول من14.6024(m3/ j) الى 216.7112 (m3/ j) وارباح قدرت ب 494331150 (DA) لليوم الواحد.

Our work aims to study and the possibility of improving productivity in the Oued El-Zein field by setting up a separation unit and a pumping unit (FPF), this work depends on the data of the collection network and the needs of the pumping unit that we want to add it. Then we model what we have and improve the throughput of the aggregation network using PIPESIM software. The result was positive in terms of increasing the flow of oil from 14.6024 (m3/j) to 216.7112(m3/j), and profits were estimated at 494331150 (DA) per day.
