Dimensionnement et optimisation du réseau de collecte du champ de Foukroun à Adrar

Abstract

يهدف عملنا إلى دراسة تحسين الإنتاج في حقل فكرون من خلال تركيب فاصل مع وحدة ضخ على مستوى مشعب FOK مع دخول آبار الإنتاج الجديدة حيز الإنتاج . سمحت الدراسة التي تم إجراؤها بتحسين شبكة التجميع والتركيبات السطحية الحالية في الميدان والتي تم اقتراحها كجزء من حلنا. تم اقتراح دراسات مقارنة (قبل وبعد التثبيت) وتحسين الإنتاج باستخدام EPF باستخدام برنامج PipeSim من أجل التمكن من نقل النفط الخام من الآبار الجديدة إلى المرافق السطحية في ظروف جيدة. كلمات مفتاحية : ضغط الأنبوب، ضغط رأس البئر،تجميع ،مجمع الصمامات، تصميم،التدفق، نسبة الغاز من زيت الشبكة، فاصل،مضخة

Our work aims to study the improvement of production in the Fakroun field by installing a separator with a pumping unit at the level of the FOK manifold with the entry of new production wells into production. The study carried out allowed optimization of the current in-field collecting network and surface installations which were proposed as part of our solution. Comparative studies (before and after installation) and production optimization with EPF using PipeSim software are proposed in order to be able to transport crude oil from new wells to surface facilities under good conditions.
