السلوك الانتخابي لدى الشباب الجزائري تحليل دوافع العزوف والمشاركة

Abstract

This study concluded that the previous factors interfere in determining the pattern of voting behavior to similar degrees, as this study came like its previous counterparts that tried to cover this topic to the extent that gives another model for a more effective and realistic interpretation. In order to root the political participation in general and the electoral private, in the political reality, we can conclude a set of recommendations, the most important of which can be summarized as follows: 1 - Work to find real development in all its various dimensions, which leads to alleviating and limiting the social problems that citizens suffer from, which can lead to raising the political level and increasing citizens’ interest in public politics and the importance of their participation in decision-making and public policies or influencing them. 2- The weak influence of the political affiliation factor on electoral participation shows the imbalance that political parties suffer from and their distance from the masses, which led to creating a gap between them and the masses, and their inability to be suitable alternatives to represent the interests of citizens, which calls for parties to rethink Its work and its communication mechanisms with the masses to bridge the gap between them, express their concerns and issues, and present practical programs to advance the economic, social and political reality.

توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن العوامل السابقة تتدخل في تحديد نمط السلوك التصويتي بدرجات متماثلة ، حيث جاءت هذه الدراسة كمثيلاتها السابقة التي حاولت الإحاطة بهذا الموضوع بالقدر الذي يعطي نموذج آخر لتفسير أكثر فعالية وواقعية . وبغرض تجذير المشاركة السياسية عامة والانتخابية الخاصة، في الواقع السياسي يمكن أن نخلص إلى مجموعة من التوصيات يمكن إيجاز أهمها في الآتي: - 1العمل على إيجاد تنمية حقيقية بكل أبعادها المختلفة بما يؤدي إلى التخفيف والحد من المشاكل الاجتماعية التي يعاني منها المواطنون الأمر الذي يمكن أن يؤدي إلى رفع المستوى السياسي وزيادة الاهتمام لدي المواطنين بشأن السياسي العام وبأهمية مشاركتهم في صناعة القرارات والسياسات العامة أو التأثير عليها -2 إن ضعف تأثير عامل الانتماء السياسي في المشاركة الانتخابية يظهر الخلل الذي تعاني منه الأحزاب السياسية وابتعادها عن الجماهير ، وهو ما أدي إلى إيجاد فجوة بينها وبين الجماهير ، وعدم قدرتها على أن تكون البدائل المناسبة لتمثيل مصالح المواطنين وهو ما يستدعي من الأحزاب إعادة التفكير في عملها وآليات تواصلها مع الجماهير لردم الهوة بينهما والتعبير عن همومهم وقضاياهم وتقديم برامج عملية للنهوض بالواقع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي .
