الإجازات العلميّة لدى علماء توات ما بين القرنين الثاني عشر والخامس عشر الهجريين.

Abstract

يكشف هذا البحث عن جانب من جوانب التراث العربي الذي يتعلق ب "نص الإجازة" التي تعني شهادة المجيز للمجاز بالكفاءة في ميدان من ميادين العلم أو في جزء منه, هذه الشهادة تتميز بشكلها المدروس ومضمونها الدقيق. والدارس للتراث الأدبي بإقليم توات يجد هذا النوع من الكتابات على شكل وثائق تتعلق بالعلماء والفقهاء المشهورين في المنطقة سواء كان ذلك بتحصيلها وبمنحها, فجاء هذا البحث ليجمع بعضها ويدرس القيمة الأدبية لتلك الكتابات والوثائق تحت عنوان "الإجازات العلمية لدى علماء توات ما بين القرنين الثاني عشر والخامس عشر الهجريين, دراسة في الخصائص الفنية والقيم الأدبية". يبدأ البحث بضبط مفهوم الإجازة وبيان كل ما يتعلق بها من أركان وأنواع وقيم علمية وأدبية ليعرج على جمع و تدوين بعض النصوص الإجازية التي تيسر تحصليها والتي تعود للفترة المدروسة ليتنقل إلى دراسة هاته النصوص شكلا ومضمونا ثم ليخلص في الأخير إلى استنتاج النتائج المراد الوصول إليها خلال هذه الدراسة. جدير بالذكر أن معظم النصوص الإجازية للتواتيين أدبية وذلك لاعتمادها على الصور البيانية والمحسنات البديعية, وكذا لاستجلابها النصوص الأدبية من الموروث الثقافي العربي إلا أن أدبية هذه النصوص لا تعني خلوها من قيم أخرى لاسيما العلمية والتاريخية والأخلاقية منها؛ ما يجعلها جديرة بالدراسة المتخصصة, والتحقيق والتدقيق حتى تصان من الضياع والاندثار.

This work sheds light on an aspect of the Arab heritage that is related to the “Licence Text” (Nas Al-Ijazah) which means the certificate of the licensee to pass with competence in a field of science or in part of it. This certificate is distinguished by its highly thoughtful form and accurate content. The researcher in the literary heritage of “Touat Province”, for instance, finds this type of writing in the form of documents related to famous scholars of the region; whether by obtaining them or by granting them. This work has come to study the literary value of this type of writings and documents, under the title: “Academic Licenses for Touat Scholars Between the Twelfth and the Fifteenth Centuries AH, a Study on Artistic Characteristics and Literary Values”. First, it begins with setting the concept of “License” and some related points including its types, and its scientific and literary values. It, then, refers to the collection and codification of a few available “license texts” in Touat. Next, it moves on to studying these texts in form and content; to, finally, reach the conclusions aimed through such a study. It is worth noting that most of the “Touati License Texts” are literary. This is due to their reliance on rhetorical tributaries and figurative language, as well as to their importation of different literary texts from the Arab cultural and literary heritage. However, the literariness of these texts does never mean they are free of other values; namely: scientific, historical and moral. This fact makes such texts worthy of specialised study and careful scrutiny so as to protect them from neglect and loss
