دور الاحتياطيات الدولية في ميزان المدفوعات حالة الجزائر 2000-2021

Abstract

تعتبر الاحتياطات الدولية في ظل التطور الاقتصادي والانفتاح على العالم الخارجي اداة لتحقيق الاستقرار في النظام الاقتصادي للبلد ،حيث غالبا ما تحتفظ البلدان بمستوى ملائم من الاحتياطات لغرض تحقيق اهداف مهمة ورئيسية تتعلق بالاستقرار الاقتصادي ، وقد هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية لتبيان الدور الذي تلعبه الاحتياطات الدولية في ميزان المدفوعات حيث تم التطرق لدورها في معالجة اختلال ميزان المدفوعات بحالتي العجز والفائض . و هذا ما اتضح خلال الجانب القياسي من الدراسة ,وذاك من خلال اعتماد نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي VAR في دراسة القياسية من أجل رصد هذه التطورات خلال الفترة 2000-2021.
