محددات هوامش أرباح تمويل المشاريع في البنوك التقليدية والإسلامية

Abstract

تعتبر البنوك التقليدية والبنوك الإسلامية أحد أكبر وأهم قنوات الربط بين أصحاب الفائض المالي وأصحاب العجز، وذلك من خلال العديد من الصيغ المتمثلة في القروض المختلفة في البنوك التجارية، ومختلف صيغ المشاركات والبيوع في البنوك الإسلامية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة محددات هوامش أرباح تمويل المشاريع في كل من البنك الوطني الجزائري(وكالة أدرار250) وبنك السلام-الجزائر، عن طريق استخدام أسلوب المقارنة كأداة لإبراز أهم الفروقات بينهما من حيث نوع التمويل، الطرق و الإجراءات، الأرباح.......وقد تم الوصول إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها وجود فارق بين هوامش الأرباح للبنكين محل الدراسة

Traditional banks and Islamic banks are one of the largest and most important Channels of linking between the owners of financial surplus and those with disability. And that through many formulas represented in different loans in traditional banks and the various forms of posts and sale in islamic banks . this study aimed to know the determinants of project financing profits in both the algerian national bank (adrar250) and al salam bank algeria by using the comparison method as a tool to highlight . the most important differences between them in terms of the type teaching , financing procedures , profits… And a group of conclusions has been reached, the most important of which is a différence between the profit margins of the tow banks under study.
