أثر القيادة التشاركية على الولاء التنظيمي

Abstract

تعتبر القيادة التشاركية أحد أهم أنماط القيادة الادارية التي ترتبط بالمواضيع الهامة خاصتا الولاء التنظيمي الذي يعتبر ركيزة أساسية تسعى المؤسسة لتحقيقها لأنها تخص أهم مورد في المؤسسة المتمثل في المورد البشري الذي لابد على المؤسسات السعي نحو تحقيق رضائه وولائه باعتباره أحد مقومات نجاحها هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر القيادة التشاركية على الولاء التنظيمي في الإدارة المحلية لولاية أدرار بأدرار , حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الأولية وطبقت على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 40 مفردة في المؤسسة. كما تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS في معالجة وتحليل بيانات الدراسة , وقد توصلنا في الأخير إلى أنه يوجد تأثير للقيادة التشاركية على الولاء التنظيمي بالإدارة المحلية لولاية أدرار.

Participatory leadership is considered one of the most important items of administrative leadership that is related to important topic, especially organizational loyalty, which is a basic pillar that the organization seeks to achieve because it belongs to the most important resource in the organization represented in the human resource that institutions must strive to achieve its satisfaction and loyalty as one of the elements of its success. This study claimed to identify the impact of participatory leadership on the organizational loyalty in local administration of the state of Adrar, where the questionnaire was based on as a main tool collecting primary data and it was applied to a random sample of 40 individuals in the institution. The statistical program SPSS was also used to process and analyze the data, and we concluded in the end that there is an impact of participatory leadership on organizational loyalty in the local administration of adrar state.
