دور التكامل الوظيفي في انجاح العملية التعليمية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى مدى تأثير الأسرة في العملية التعليمية إلى جانب المدرسة التي بدورها ترتبط بالنجاح المدرسة لدى الأبناء ومحاولة الكشف عن العلاقة بينهما والتي بدورها تلعب دورا مهما في تحقيق المسيرة التعليمية للأبناء ومن أجل هذا طرحنا تساؤل مفاده : مدى أهمية التعاون والشركة بين الاسرة والمدرسة في انجاح العملية التعليمية ، وتتبعنا في معالجة هذا الموضوع المنهج الوصفي وهو الانسب لهذا الموضوع . أما في ما يخص الجانب الميداني اعتمدنا على أدوات نذكر منها الملاحظة والمقابلة وملاء الاستمارة و أخيرا الاستبيان وكانت الملاحظة الاخيرة والمستخلصة أن ضرورة الشراكة والتعاون بين مؤسسة الأسرة ومؤسسة المدرسة من أجل إنجاح العملية التعليمية ومن أسباب التفوق التعليمي والدراسي عند الأبناء هو المتابعة المستمرة والاهتمام من طرف الاولياء ويزداد هذا ببناء جسر تعاون وتواصل بين هيئة المدرسة وهيئة الأسرة حتى يكون هناك تحصيل جيد .

The study aims at the extent of the influence of the family in the educational process along with the school, which in turn is linked to the success of the school among the children and an attempt to reveal the relationship between them, which in turn plays an important role in achieving the educational process of the children. The educational process, and in dealing with this subject we followed the descriptive approach, which is the most appropriate for this subject. As for the field aspect, we relied on tools, including observation, interview, form filling, and finally the questionnaire. The final and concluded observation was that the necessity of partnership and cooperation between the family institution and the school institution for the success of the educational process and one of the reasons for educational and academic excellence among children is the continuous follow-up and attention on the part of the parents This is increased by building a bridge of cooperation and communication between the school authority and the family authority so that there is good achievement.
