Abstract: ﻫدﻓت اﻟدر وظﺎﺋف إدارة اﻟﻣوارد اﻟﺑﺷرﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ إﺣداث اﻟﺗﻐﯾﯾر اﻟﺗﻧظﯾﻣﻲ ﻓﻲ اﻟوﻛﺎﻟﺔ اﻟوﻻﺋﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺷﻐﯾل ﺑوﻻﯾﺔ ار ادر وﻣﻌرﻓﺔ اﻷﺛر واﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﯾن إدارة اﻟﻣوارد اﻟﺑﺷرﯾﺔ واﻟﺗﻐﯾﯾر اﻟﺗﻧظﯾﻣﻲ ﻣن ﺧﻼل ﻣﻣﺎرﺳﺎت إدارة اﻟﻣوارد اﻟﺑﺷرﯾﺔ ﻟوظﺎﺋﻔﻬﺎ اﻟﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ ﻣن اﺳﺗﻘطﺎب وﺗﻌﯾن وﺗدرﯾب وﺗﺣﻔﯾز ﻟﻐرض ﺗطوﯾرﻫﺎ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﯾق أﻓﺿل اﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ و ﻟ اﺳﺔ ﺗم اﻻﻋﺗﻣﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ اﺳﺗﺑﺎن ﺗم ﺗوزﯾﻌﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣوظﻔﻲ اﻟوﻛﺎﻟﺔ ﻠﻘﯾﺎم ﺑﻬذﻩ اﻟدر ار وﺗم ﺗﺣﻠﯾﻠﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﺑرﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻟوﻻﺋﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺷﻐﯾل ﺑﺄدر اﻹﺣﺻﺎﺋﻲSPSS 23 وﻣن ﺧﻼل ﺗﺣﻠﯾل ﺗﻠك اﻟﻣﻌطﯾﺎت ﺗم اﻟﺗوﺻل إﻟﻰ أن وظﺎﺋف إدارة اﻟﻣوارد اﻟﺑﺷرﯾﺔ ﻟﻬﺎ دور ﻛﺑﯾر ﻓﻲ إﺣداث اﻟﺗﻐﯾﯾر اﻟﺗﻧظﯾﻣﻲ و اﺳﺔ إﻟﻰ أﻧﻪ ﺗوﺻﻠﻧﺎ ﻣن ﺧﻼل اﻟدر ﺗم ار ﺗﻐﯾر ﻓﻲ اﻟوﻛﺎﻟﺔ اﻟوﻻﺋﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺷﻐﯾل ﺑﺄدر .
The purpose of this study is to reveal the role of human resource management functions in the State Agency's regulatory change to Adrar and know the impact and the relationship between human resource management and organizational change through human resources management practices for different functions to attract and appoint Training and motivating for the purpose of developing it to achieve better results and to do this study relied on Esteban was distributed to State Agency staff to generate and analysed using SPSS 23 statistical program and by analyzing those data, it was found that human resources management functions have a role Large organizational change and came through the study that a change in State Agency to genera.
