دور تسيير الكفاءات في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى تسيير الكفاءات و دوره في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في جامعة احمد دراية بولاية أدرار، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الأفراد العاملين بالجامعة وتم اختيار عينة بحجم 70 عاملآ, وبهدف تحليل البيانات تم توزيع الاستبيان على افراد العينة, وتم اختبار الفرضيات بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي spss لتحليل البيانات وتم استرداد و دراسة 45 استبيان بنسبة 64.28% من الاستبيانات الموزعة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: الكفاءات البشرية تعتبر من العناصر المهمة و الأساسية التي ينبغي إدارتها و تسييرها بالشكل السليم، الاهتمام بالكفاءات لا يقتصر في اعتبارها كمورد بل يجب تشجيعها و الحفاظ عليها و تدعيمها، و اتضح من خلال الدراسة التطبيقية انه توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية شبه قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 1% بين تسيير الكفاءات و التميز التنظيمي" جامعة أدرار".

This study aims to know the level of competency management and its role in achieving organizational excellence at Ahmed Draya university of adrar. The study community of all the individuals working in the institution in question and selected a sample of 70 workers. In order to analyze the data, a questionnaire (study tool) was distributed to the sample, hypotheses were tested by the spss statistical program for data analysis and 45 questionnaires were recovered and studied with 64.28% of the questionnaires distributed. ‎ The study has reached several results, including: human competencies are important and essential elements that should be managed and properly managed, attention to competencies is not only considered as a resource but should be encouraged, preserved and strengthened, there is a semi-strong correlation with statistical significance at the level of 1% between the management of competencies and organizational excellence "Adrar University
