dc.description.abstractتعتبر الجزائر من الدول التي انتشرت فيها ظاهرة الفساد بشكل كبير وواسع أنطاق والتي لها أثار خطيرة على الدولة والمجتمع ،حيث صادقت الجزائر في 2004 على اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد بتحفظ ،وقد عملت الدولة الجزائرية منذ ذالك اليوم على وضع آليات قانونية ومؤسسات من اجل الحد من هذه الظاهرة. وقد سارعت الجزائر بعد ذالك إلى وضع هيئات خاصة بمكافحة الفساد ،وهي الهيئة الوطنية لشفافية و مكافحة الفساد وكذالك مجلس المحاسبة و قد استحدث المشرع الجزائري قوانين بهذا الصدد من اجل الحد والوقاية من الفساد من خلال تنظيمها في قانون خاص بدل من قانون العقوبات، حيث أن هذه الهيئات مخولة بمراقبة ومتابعة أشكال الفساد وإحالتها على القضاء.en_US

In 2004, Algeria ratified the United Nations Convention against Corruption with reservation, and the Algerian state has worked since that day to put in place legal mechanisms and institutions in order to reduce corruption. This phenomenon. After that, Algeria hastened to set up special anti-corruption bodies, which are the National Authority for Transparency and Anti-Corruption, as well as the Court of Accounts.
