تأثير المكانة التنظيمية في المعرفة التشاركية لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارة وعلوم التسيير

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير المكانة التنظيمية في المعرفة التشاركية لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة أحمد دراية بأدرار . ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع (50) استبيانة والمتمثلة في الاستبيانات الصالحة لتحليل باستخدام برنامج spss v2 ، وكذالك أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها انه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمكانة التنظيمية والمعرفة التشاركية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية 0,05 ، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات الضرورية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة ومتمثلة في ضرورية اهتمام المنظمات و الجامعات بأهمية المكانة التنظيمية وحرص على تنميتها ، وارتفاع مستوى التشارك المعرفي للأساتذة في جامعة أدرار .

This study sought to identify the impact of organizational status on the praticipatory knowledge of economics commercial and management sciences at ahmedderaya university in adrar. To achieve the objectives of the study , 50 questionnaires were distributed , represented in the questionnaire valid for analysis using the spss v2 program , as well as the most important continuous results to it that there is a statistically significant effect of the organizational position and participatory knowledge in the institiution under study at a level of morale of 0,05 , necessary for the institiution under study represented in the need for organizations and universities to pay attention to the importance of organizational status and keenness on its development and the high level of knowledge sharing for professors at adrar university
