المناولة الصناعية كاستراتيجية لتحسين أداء المؤسسة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى محاولة الوقوف على واقع المناولة الصناعية لشركة سونلغاز للكهرباء والغاز ودورها في دعم هذا القطاع لغرض تحقيق أهدافها لترقية وتطوير المؤسسة وتحسين أدائها . وقد توصلت هذه في أنه في أعقاب تبني المؤسسة للمناولة الصناعية ساهم ذلك في زيادة عدد المؤسسات المناولة في محيطها، كما أنها تعمل على إقحامها في مختلف المشاريع التي تبرمها مع شركائها قصد انجاح الشراكة الصناعية وتحسين أداء المؤسسة للرفع من قد ا رتها التنافسية وفتح المجال لها لاكتساح أسواق جديدة

This study aims to try to indentify the reality of the industrial handiling of sonelgaz for electricity and gas and its role in supporting this sector and for the purpose of achieving its objectives to promote and devlop the institution in improving its performance This study concluded that, following the adoption of the industrial handling by the Corporation, this contributed to an increase in the number of handling establishments in its surroundings, and it is working to involve them in various projects that it concludes with its partners in order to make the industrial partnership successful and improve the performance of the Corporation to raise its competitive capabilities and open the way for it to sweep new market
