دور الرقابة المالية في تحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية للمؤسسات الخدمية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهمية الرقابة المالية في تحقيق الاهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسات ذات الطابع الخدماتي، وبعد تقديم الإطار النظري للدراسة وعرض الدراسات السابقة للموضوع، تم اجراء الدراسة الميدانية على عينة من موظفي مؤسسة سوناطراك للخدمات الاجتماعية من خلال توزيع استبانة تحتوي على اسئلة استقصائية حول أهمية الرقابة المالية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود دور بارز لـلرقابة المالية على تحقيق الاهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسات الخدمية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، كما اوصت الدراسة بضرورة دعم وتقوية المؤسسات الخدمية في الوسط الاقتصادي من اجل توفير مختلف الحاجيات الضرورية لمزاولة الأنشطة الصناعية والتجارية.

This study aimed to demonstrate the importance of financial control in achieving the strategic goals of service-oriented institutions, and after presenting the theoretical framework for the study and presenting previous studies on the subject, the field study was conducted on a sample of Sonatrach Social Services employees by distributing a questionnaire containing survey questions about the importance of oversight Finance. The study concluded that there is a prominent role for financial control in achieving the strategic goals of service institutions among the study sample members, and the study also recommended the need to support and strengthen service institutions in the economic environment in order to provide the various needs necessary to engage in industrial and commercial activities.
